1. Print Margins

The print margins support the size US letter, US legal, A4, US Statement, 8.5×13 inch, customized media, Photo media, US Executive, B5, A5, cards, custom-sized media and photo media with left side margin 3.3 mm (0.13 inch), right-side margin 3.3 mm (0.13 inch), top margin 3.3 mm (0.13 inch) and bottom margin Windows: 3.3 mm (0.13 inch) and Macintosh and Linux: 12 mm (0.47 inch)

2. Supported custom sizes

Custom sizes are supported only in Mac . In tray 1, paper size supported is 76 to 216 mm (3.0 to 8.5 inches) wide and 127 to 356 mm (5.0 to 14.0 inches) long and automatic document feeder supports 127 to 216 mm (5.0 to 8.5 inches) wide and 241 to 305 mm (9.5 to 12.0 inches) long

3. Photo paper supported

You can load the photo paper in tray 1 only. The photo paper supported are letter sized photo paper, A4 sized photo paper, photo paper with size 76.2 x 127 mm (3.0 x 5.0 inches), 102 x 152 mm (4.0 x 6.0 inches), 102 x 152 mm (4.0 x 12.0 inches), 127 x 177.8 mm (5.0 x 7.0 inches), 203 x 254 mm (8.0 x 10.0 inches) and borderless photo paper with size 102 x 152 mm (4.0 x 6.0 inches), 127 x 178 mm (5.0 x 7.0 inches), 216 x 280 mm (8.5 x 11 inches)

4. Envelopes supported

You can load envelopes in tray 1 only.  The envelopes supported are U.S. 10 envelope, A2 envelope, DL envelope, C5 envelope, C6 envelope, Monarch envelope, Card envelope, Chou #3 envelope and Chou #4 envelope

5. Paper sizes supported

The paper size supported vary according to the tray when using the  plain paper type. In tray 1, U.S. Letter: 216 x 279 mm (8.5 x 11 inches), U.S. Legal: 216 x 356 mm (8.5 x 14 inches), A4: 210 x 297 mm (8.3 x 11.7 inches), 216 x 330 mm (8.5 x 13.0 inches), U.S. Executive: 184 x 267 mm (7.25 x 10.5 inches), U.S. Statement: 140 x 216 mm (5.5 x 8.5 inches), B5 (JIS): 182 x 257 mm (7.17 x 10.12 inches), A5: 148 x 210 mm; (5.8 x 8.3 inches), 152 x 203 mm (6.0 x 8.0 inches),  U.S. Government, Borderless A4: 210 x 297 mm; (8.3 x 11.7 inches), Borderless A5: 148 x 210 mm; (5.8 x 8.3 inches) and Borderless B5 (JIS): 176 x 250 mm; (6.9 x 9.8 inches)

Paper tray 2 supports U.S. Letter: 216 x 279 mm (8.5 x 11 inches), U.S. Legal: 216 x 356 mm (8.5 x 14 inches), A4: 210 x 297 mm (8.3 x 11.7 inches).

Duplexer supports U.S. Letter: 216 x 279 mm (8.5 x 11 inches), A4: 210 x 297 mm (8.3 x 11.7 inches), U.S. Executive: 184 x 267 mm (7.25 x 10.5 inches) and B5 (JIS): 182 x 257 mm (7.17 x 10.12 inches).

Automatic document tray supports U.S. Letter: 216 x 279 mm (8.5 x 11 inches), U.S. Legal: 216 x 356 mm (8.5 x 14 inches), A4: 210 x 297 mm (8.3 x 11.7 inches).

6. Capacities of paper tray

In paper tray 1, plain paper weight is 60 to 105 g/m2 (16 to 28 lb bond) with up to 250 sheets of plain paper (25 mm [1 inch] stacked), photo paper weight is 250 g/m2 (66 lb bond) with up to 100 sheets (17 mm [0.67 inch] stacked), envelopes weight 75 to 90 g/m2 (20 to 24 lb bond envelope) with up to 30 sheets (17 mm [0.67 inch] stacked) and cards weight up  to 200 g/m2 (110 lb index) with up to 80 cards.

In tray 2(this tray is optional), plain paper weight is 60 to 105 g/m2 (16 to 28 lb bond) with up to 250 sheets. In duplexer, paper weight is 60 to 105 g/m2 (16 to 28 lb bond). In automatic document feeder, paper weight is 60 to 75 g/m2 (16 to 20 lb bond) with up to 50 sheets.

In output tray, paper weight is 60 to 105 g/m2 (16 to 28 lb bond) with up to Up to 150 sheets of plain paper (text printing), photo paper weight is 250 g/m2 (66 lb bond) with up to 100 sheets,  envelopes weight is 75 to 90 g/m2 (20 to 24 lb bond envelope) with up to 30 envelopes and cards weight up to 200 g/m2 (110 lb index) with up to 60 cards.
