  1. Paper tray capacities

In the input tray, the capacities vary according to the paper type. The photo paper weighing 300 gsm2 (80 lb bond) that is up to 20 sheets can be inserted. The envelopes with 75 to 90 g/m2 (20 to 24 lb bond envelope) that is up to 5 sheets can be inserted. The cards with weight of  200 g/m2 (110 lb index)  that is up to 20 sheets can be inserted. The hagaki type paper can be inserted up to 20 sheets. The plain paper with the weight of 64 to 100 g/m2 (104 to 163 lb) that is up to 50 sheets.

The supported envelopes supports paper types like U.S. 10 envelope with 105 x 241 mm (4.1 x 9.5 inches), A2 envelope with 111 x 146 mm (4.4 x 5.8 inches), DL envelope with 110 x 220 mm (4.3 x 8.7 inches), C5 envelope 162 x 229 mm ( 6.4 x 9.0 inches), C6 envelope with 114 x 162 mm (4.5 x 6.4 inches), Monarch envelope with size 98 x 191 mm (3.9 x 7.5 inches), 6 ¾ envelope 92 x 165 mm (3.62 x 6.5 inches

The paper type supported are 10 x 15 cm, 76.2 x 127 mm (3.0 x 5.0 inches), 102 x 152 mm (4.0 x 6.0 inches) , 127 x 179 mm (5.0 x 7.0 inches) and 2 03 x 254 mm (8.0 x 10.0 inches)

The paper types supported are index card sizes like 76 x 127 mm (3.0 x 5.0 inches), 101 x 152 mm (4.0 x 6.0 inches) and 127 x 203 mm (5.0 x 8.0 inches). A6 card suppoted are 105 x 148 mm (4.1 x 5.8 inches), borderless A6 105 x 148 mm (4.1 x 5.8 inches), A4 index card 210 x 297 mm (8.3 x 11.7 inches), Ofuku Hagaki with size of 200 x 148 mm (7.8 x 5.8 inches) and index card letter with size of 216 x 279 mm (8.5 x 11 inches).

Check whether you use correct paper type and size of sheet when loading in to the input tray to avoid paper jams and other issues. The paper size supported are HP Premium Presentation Paper (8.5 x 11 inches), HP Brochure Paper 180g Glossy or HP Professional Paper 180 Glossy and HP Brochure Paper 180g Matte or HP Professional Paper 180 Matte

  1. Supported custom sizes

When  printing non standard custom paper sizes, check whether the dimensions fall within the parameters. The paper size in tray 1 is 76 to 216 mm (3.0 to 8.5 inches) wide and 127 to 356 mm (5.0 to 14.0 inches) long

  1. Print margins

The document’s margins must match the margin settings listed for the potrait orientation to avoid printing errors. The mediaa sizes are U.S letter, U.S legal, A4, U.S. Statement, Custom media, Photo media, B5, A5 and cards.
