HP OfficeJet printers can be used only after downloading the basic driver or full feature software in your computer system. Follow the below given instructions to download the full feature driver and install it on your system.
To setup download the full feature software, you need to gather some of the requirements. Make sure you turned on your printer and computer. You need an active internet connection to download the driver. Connect your printer and computer on the same wireless network. Keep your devices close to the router to avoid signal problems.
You can download the software driver from any of the websites such as hp.support.com or 123.hp.com
When you visit the page 123.hp.com, you will see a search box. Enter your printer model number (for example: HP OfficeJet 4630 Printer) and click the search button.
You will be directed to the HP printer software download page. You should check whether you have installed the cartridge, load the papers and the printer is turned on.
Click Download button to start the download. The software will be downloaded in the footer of your browser window. You should click Run or else open the downloaded setup file and install the software.
Follow the instruction that appear on the screen to complete the setup successfully. Enter the necessary details if you are prompted. The full feature software driver will be successfully downloaded.
If you are downloading from the support.hp.com. you have to enter your printer model number in the search box and click Search. You will be directed to the product home page.
