Install the HP LaserJet Pro M402n printer software and driver by using any one of the method. You can either download the software from the HP website or install the software using the installation CD which is shipped along with your printer.

If you have connected any USB, it should be disconnected. Choose to download either full feature software and driver solution or basic driver accordingly.
